    The Merriam-Webster dictionary definition of vulnerable is: capable of being physically or emotionally wounded; open to attack or damage. Why would I open myself up to being attacked or wounded?! Being vulnerable is hard or at least it is for me! A part of being vulnerable is getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. I believe strength and trust are vital for being vulnerable.     How do you let go of someone so close to you?? You know they’re no good for you and probably will never change, but still you can’t let them go?
