Hey good people!! I am Jessica, I’m 32 years old and was born and raised in Birmingham, AL! I’m a good ol’ Southern girl lol. I’m a lupus warrior 💜💪🏾, unofficial counselor, comedienne according to family and friends, a Delta 🔺🐘, and a CRNP. I love being able to help, encourage, and inspire people which is why I chose that specialty and started this blog.

My life has been filled with many ups and downs, but I want to use my story to inspire you through this blog. I want to share my story with you and hope you can relate to it and enjoy it. I pray this blog touches the lives of many and encourage anybody going through a similar storm that they too can make it through. 😉

I love hot yoga, food (especially sweets 🤤), spending time with friends and family, traveling (need to start doing more of), dancing, music, and a good nap.
